Soul Work: Learning to Slow Down, Do the Work, and Embrace the Process

I don't know about you but the in-between seasons of life can be unnerving.  We are not where we used to be and we're not quite where we want to be.  We may also be faced with signs that a pivot may be necessary in certain parts of our life.  My friend, Kimberly Davis, joins us today to discuss the importance of waiting well and what it looks like. She also poses the question I have reflected upon myself: Are we prepared to receive what we have been praying for?

We also discuss:

  • Why we struggle with preparation seasons of our life

  • How she did  the soul/self work to heal the little girl inside

  • Why it's important to see  people from a place of healing rather than a place of brokenness

  • Impacts of not being kind to her body (health issues) and seeing her body in a new way

  • Why we struggle with preparation seasons of our life and signs that we may be operating outside of God’s will (red flags)

Kimberly's story and wisdom will encourage you as you go through your divinely appointed season of waiting and preparation. Share this episode with a friend.

About Kimberly Davis:
Kimberly N. Davis is a transformational speaker and host of the podcast, The Wonderfully Marvelous Life with Kimberly Nichole Davis.
