Lead without losing yourself.

You are leading a team, and no one handed you a roadmap. You are expected to have the answers, hold the vision, and still show up whole. I help women who supervise teams find clarity and lead without losing themselves in the process.

Start here, no roadmap required. Free guides to help you lead yourself first and protect your peace.

No one hands you a manual for leading people. These guides are a start, practical tools to help you lead yourself first, so leading everyone else gets a little easier.

Pick Your Path

Lead with support, not alone.

Leading teams doesn’t mean you have to lead alone. One-on-one and group coaching to help you gain clarity, set real boundaries, and lead without losing yourself in it.

You are not the exception here.

The Mahogany Table is where you’re seen in your fullness and held in community. Belonging, rest, and joy, not just another seat at someone else’s table.

Why I Do This Work

20+ years leading across education, ministry, and nonprofit work. Fifteen years as an educational leader, from dean to assistant principal to principal to direction of instruction. Ten years as an associate pastor. Two years as a Chairwoman. Four years building Mahogany Table from the group up. Different rooms, different titles, same core work, leading people well.

The tools that work in a classroom work in a boardroom. I coach women who supervise teams, especially Black women leading in spaces that were not built with them in mind, where the challenges of authority, trust, and being seen are different and rarely named. You do not have to be in education, ministry, or nonprofit work for this to apply. Leadership struggles cross every sector. This is the work I was built for.
