As a biracial Korean and African-American woman, I have experienced the nuances and unique challenges of leading while being a minority. Leading can be lonely, especially if no one else at the table reflects you and your background. The journey of climbing the ladder and the constant pressure to prove yourself can leave deep wounds and scars. If you can relate, I have created this space for you. This is a safe space of belonging and restoration for women of color leaders that provides fellowship, learning in community, and soul-care.
